Terms and Conditions

Promotion period and eligibility

Please note that Škoda, Race For The Green Jersey, is a Retailer Promotion, with all employees working together. There is no individual employee element to this Promotion.

There are two elements within this Promotion: Parts and Accessories. Each operates independently, and Retailers may choose to participate in either or both.

Volkswagen Group UK One Aftersales Škoda Network Retailers, from both a Parts and Accessories perspective will be entered into the two Prize Draws based on performance metrics during the promotional period from 01.05.2026 to 30.05.2026. The promotion will close on 30.05.2026.

Pre-Registration will be live from 28.04.2026.

 

Parts

Entry into the Prize Draw will be based on two performance metrics:

  1. Achieving the competitive Parts target for May.
  2. Meeting or exceeding last year’s HPG sales performance.

Retailers need to achieve both metrics to qualify for entry.

 

Accessories

Entry into the Prize Draw will be based on achieving 90% or more of their May Accessories Target.

The promotion is open to participants from Škoda only.

Each retailer will receive one entry into both the Škoda Race For The Green Jersey Accessories Prize Draw and the Škoda Race For The Green Jersey Parts Prize Draw upon meeting the respective performance criteria for Accessories and Parts.

Retailers may enter and win both prize draws, as each promotion operates independently.

More than one employee at a Retailer can be registered to receive the Promotional email communications.

 

Prizes and redemption

For both Volkswagen Group UK One Aftersales Accessories and Volkswagen Group UK One Aftersales Parts, there are two VIP Hospitality tickets for Tour de France. Please note that the prize is available to two employees within the Volkswagen Group Retailer Network only.

Core Prize Details

  • VIP Pre Race Package – 3 days, 2 nights
    • Test drive of the new Škoda Epiq & Peaq
    • Welcome dinner with VIP hosts
    • Early Bird: join our cycling ambassador for an invigorating morning ride!
    • Visit the Departure Village and enjoy pre-race atmosphere!
    • Experience the Tour de France by driving in front of the peloton
    • Roadside picnic
    • Fly over the peloton in a helicopter*
    • Watch the cyclists cross the finish line
    • Farewell dinner at the hotel
  • Parts Prize:
    • Flight to Toulouse airport, flight from either Tarbes-Lourdes or Toulouse airport.
    • Stage 5 – 7th/8th/9th July
  • Accessories Prize:
    • Flight to Toulouse or Bordeaux airport, flight from either Clermont-Ferrand airport.
    • Stage 9 – 11th, 12th, 13th July
    • Participants must be 18 years of age

What’s Included vs Not Included

  • Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel
  • Breakfast
  • Farewell dinner
  • Shuttle service from hotel to airport
  • Flights to and from Tour de France
  • Hotel accommodation for 2 nights

Not included:

  • Transfers to UK airport
  • UK airport parking
  • Additional meals / drinks outside of hospitality

Expenses & Spending Money

  • Personal expenses are not covered.
  • Winners are responsible for incidentals (mini bar, taxis, etc.).

Winners will be announced and contacted via email from the 01.06.2026 and will have one week from receipt of that email to reply to accept their prize.

Failure to accept a prize within the time frame, may result in it being awarded to the next placed Retailer. If a prize remains unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the participant, the Promoter reserves the right to dispose of the prize without liability.

Prize fulfilment will be managed by VWG Aftersales & Skoda. No alternative prize formats are available.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal value should circumstances beyond its control require.

 

General terms

The promotion is not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, its agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Employees of independently franchised Volkswagen Group retailers may participate.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant it believes is acting contrary to the spirit of the promotion or engaging in unfair or improper conduct.

Participants may withdraw from the promotion at any time by submitting a written request to the Promoter.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or rendered invalid due to incorrect participant information, network failure or any technical issue beyond its reasonable control.

Participants must provide a valid email address and/or contact telephone number. These details will be used solely for administration of the promotion and prize fulfilment and will be retained only for a reasonable period.

In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other promotional material, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

Privacy Policy

Your personal data will be held by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (the “Promoter”) and used only for the purpose of administering the competition in accordance with the competition Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are the legal basis for the Promoter’s processing. If you do not provide your personal data, the Promoter cannot process your competition entry and cannot notify you if you are successful.

If you are not successful in winning the competition, the Promoter will delete your information promptly after the incentive has finished. If you are successful, then the Promoter will delete your information after administration of prizes and related activities.

The Promoter will not disclose or share your information with any third party other than those who are engaged by the Promoter to administer the competition. Your information may be sent to countries outside of the European Economic Area where the Promoter’s (or its third parties’) processing equipment is located in another country but the Promoter ensures that any transfer happens in accordance with the law.

Entrants have various rights with regard to their personal data which the Promoter holds about them:

  • (a) a right to request a copy of that information;
  • (b) a right to require that the Promoter erases your information (but note that this will automatically remove your entry from the competition); and
  • (c) a right to amend your information.

To exercise any of these rights, please write to the Legal Department, Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN. You will need to make your request in writing, specifying the action that you want the Promoter to take and enclose proof of your identity.

If you believe that the Promoter is not treating your personal data in accordance with the law, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office. You can find more details at their website https://ico.org.uk/.
